Drennan & Ford’s veterans’ services

Drennan & Ford Funeral Home and Crematory has been certified as a Veterans & Family Memorial Care provider for Clallam County.

The government provides burial benefits for veterans and their spouses in national or state cemeteries but limited benefits for funerals or cremations. Drennan & Ford Funeral Home and Crematory is owned by Steve and Leah Ford. Their staff assists families with all aspects of the final arrangement process and works closely with all veterans service organizations and local hospices.

VFMC providers participate in the Cell Phones for Soldiers project, which invites the public to donate old cell phones to help troops stay connected with their families, and collect unusable American flags to be retired in a dignified manner in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.

Residents can donate old cell phones or worn flags at Drennan & Ford Funeral Home, 260 Monroe Road, Port Angeles, between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
