The National Weather Service has issue a wind advisory in effect for the western strait of Juan de Fuca and Admiralty Inlet area from 7 p.m. this evening to 4 a.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service in seattle has issued a wind advisory which is in effect from 7 p.m. this evening until 4 a.m. Monday.
• Some affected locations…port angeles and oak harbor.
• Winds increasing from the west at 20 to 30 mph with gusts near 45 mph.
• Timing, winds will kick up behind a cold front that will move across the area this evening. The strongest gusts are expected to occur between 9 p.m. and midnight tonight.
• Impacts, the strong winds may result in brief power outages.
