Power out for several east-end Sequim residents

Clallam County’s Public Utility District is reporting a small power outage on the east side of Sequim, along Palo Alto Road and surrounding areas.

Mike Howe, PUD spokesman, said the unexpected outage occurred as workers make changes to a PUD substation in Blyn.

Howe said 374 people are affected by the outage, and that the outage should be brief.
