Imagine you could get relief from headaches, sport injuries, digestive problems, neck pain, stress, back issues and tension without surgery or medication. Bowenwork is a gentle soft-tissue relaxation technique that soothes the nervous system, resets dysfunctional muscle tension patterns and supports the body in facilitating healing.

Bowenwork techniques have been an invaluable addition to the presenters’ practice and has been used to help clients with a variety of health issues. Bowenwork is appropriate for everyone, as this presentation will demonstrate on some learners at the forum.

WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic, Sequim’s free clinic.

The Basic Urgent Care Clinic is open to patients on Monday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5 p.m. Individuals interested in supporting the clinic may call 582-0218.
