Students excel at WSU

Six Sequim-area students recently earned undergraduate degrees following the spring 2016 semester at Washington State University. They are Megan Bekkevar, Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences; Kent Bell, Doctor of Pharmacy; Evan Hill, Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, magna cum laude; Hong-loan Nguyen, Doctor of Pharmacy; Casey Torres, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, and Abraham Weiss, Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude.

Students earning degrees with magna cum laude honors earned a grade-point average between 3.70-3.90.
