Dr. Carol Vincent-Hall presents a free WOW! Working on Wellness Forum entitled “How to Stay Healthy During Cold and Flu Season” at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., Sequim.
Just as cold and flu season kicks into high gear, Vincent-Hall, a naturopathic physician, will talk about how to avoid getting sick and how to recover quickly if you do become ill.
During this presentation she will cover improving your immune system with vitamins and herbal supplements, dietary effects on the ability to resist disease, some contagious behaviors, what to do after you’ve been exposed and a few supplies for the home medicine cabinet.
Vincent-Hall received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 1995. She is a general practitioner and the owner of Outrageous Heath Care, Inc., bringing natural, holistic health to Sequim and its surrounding areas.
