Pacemaker checks in Sequim
Olympic Medical Center has expanded its Rhythm Management Clinic in Sequim. The clinic provides pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) checks.

Spring Fling
celebration set
Spring Fling, the fundraiser for the Dungeness River Audubon Center, is scheduled for 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, at the river center adjacent to Railroad Bridge Park, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road.
The event includes music and refreshments.
Funds raised help pay for river center educational activities and maintenance of the park.
Vouchers connect farms and
area seniors
Seniors 60 years and older with a monthly income of less than $1,669 – $2,246 for a two-person household – are eligible for $40 in vouchers per household that can be used at the Open Aire Market in Sequim and farmer’s markets in Port Angles, Port Townsend and Chimacum.
Vouchers are distributed on a first come, first-served basis. Applications are available at the Sequim Senior Activity Center, community centers and the OlyCAP offices. The vouchers are distributed by mail and are good until Oct. 31.

Thursday June 18 – Cook’s choice
Friday June 19 – Blueberry Waldorf salad, hamburger with lettuce and tomato, potato salad, chocolate sundae
Monday June 22 – Melon slice, turkey noodle bake, mixed vegetables, strawberry shortcake
Tuesday June 23 – Tomato and cucumber salad, Greek chicken and spinach rice casserole, steamed carrots, oatmeal raisin cookie.
