Nation Blackcrow 1 ½ of Port Angeles was a hit at the Carroll C. Kendall Unit Boys & Girls Club in Sequim’s Halloween Bash on Oct. 28 where she won the costume contest as a “crazy cat lady.” Her parents, George and Taya Blackcrow went as “Peace and Quiet,” (a hippie and mime) and won runner-up. Taya said she chose Nation’s costume because “she’s obsessed with cats.”
