HELEN HALLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Around the second-grade pod at Hellen Haller Elementary, you may walk by and smell applesauce! That’s because with the help of community members and gleaners such as Kathy Strozyk our classes were donated apples! With our apples we heard a tale about the “Little Red House” and made applesauce. The students then wrote how to reports on how to make applesauce!

This was a great project to bring some of the season changes, community members and memories to our classes. Thanks to all involved!
