Emma Jane (“EJ”) Garcia, market manager for the Sequim Farmers & Artisans Market, opens the season with a ceremonial ribbon cutting on May 1. The market, located at the Sequim Civic Center plaza and Centennial Place, is open 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays through Oct. 30. See sequimmarket.com.
