Olympic Medical Center welcomed certified physician assistant Andrew Lazos to the Olympic Medical Physicians primary care team, and will see patients at the OMP Primary Care Clinic in Sequim.

Lazos joins the group after completing his training at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City.

“Health issues can be scary, frustrating, painful and they can interrupt your life,” Lazos said. “I find gratification in helping patients improve or resolve these issues so they can return to a life they love.”

Lazos received his undergraduate degree in 2016 from Chico State University in Chico, Calif., before pursuing a physician assistant degree at Oklahoma City University, where he graduated in 2022.

Lazos moved to Port Angeles with his family because “the Olympic Peninsula had the small community I desired with more outdoor activities than I could imagine,” he said. “It was a perfect fit.”

Lazos looks forward to treating families on the Olympic Peninsula, saying, “Every day and every patient’s health conditions present a unique challenge. I enjoy being a part of the team to help solve these challenges.”

Olympic Medical Physicians Primary Care Clinics accepts new patients monthly.
