Quilt club’s creativity has them in stitches

Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club members celebrated the viewer’s choice winners of its annual show on July 27 at the Sequim Masonic Temple.

Winners include:

• Small – Betty Cook, “Sea Life”

• Medium – Kelly Hogan, “Kelly’s Octagon”

• Large — Gladis Marr, “Baskets”

• Arts — (tie) Anne Davies, “Summer Sunrise”; and Marr, “Fiesta”

• Applique — Diane Davis, “Emporia Rose Sampler”

• Best in Show — Davis, “Emporia Rose Sampler”

Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club members meet weekly, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesdays at the Sequim Masonic Temple, 700 S. Fifth Ave. Business meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. Meetings feature classes, presentations, sharing and more.
