Day of Prayer to help The Bahamas

The World Day of Prayer is held at noon on Friday, March 6, at Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church.

The church is at 925 N. Sequim Ave. People will gather in 170 countries to pray for each other and for The Bahamas’ efforts with teenage parenthood, breast cancer and HIV/AIDS. In Sequim, the service travels to different participating churches each year among Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Sequim Community Church and Trinity United Methodist Church.
