Family, deputies searching for missing Sequim woman

The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Heather Tegerdine of Sequim.

Deputies say Tegerdine, who suffers from mental illness, left her parent’s home in 3000 block of Diamond Point Road on the evening of Dec. 22, 2018 between 8-9 p.m.

She left on foot without her bus card, wallet and coat, the sheriff’s office said.

Tegerdine is a 41-year-old white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 210 pounds.

Since she left home, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office deputies and her family have been searching for her and investigating possible sightings. There have been reported sightings of Tegerdine by Clallam County Transit and the Clallam County Health Department; none of which could be confirmed.

Anyone with information on Tegerdine’s whereabouts is asked to contact Sheriff’s Dispatch at 360-417-2459, the Sheriff’s Office at 360-417-2262 or leave an anonymous tip at websrv7.clallam.net/cnmaster-c/nwformeml.php.
