Clallam County Superior Court

Jeremiah Jackson – Jackson, 24, of Sequim, pleaded guilty Dec. 22 to two counts of possession of OxyContin and one count of residential burglary. Counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and third-degree theft were dismissed with prejudice, meaning they can’t be refiled. Sentencing was set for Jan. 19, 2010. According to court records, Jackson admitted to stealing OxyContin and methadone from an unsecured safe in March 2009. Then in August, Jackson plotted with others to burglarize a Sequim residence, according to court records.
