Sequim resident Urban “Bill” Mills died March 22, 2015, in Sequim at the age of 96. When he was 21, he survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. Per his wishes, he will be cremated and his ashes will be scattered at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He was born Feb. 22, 1919.
