The Sequim Equestrian Team took time to celebrate its two seniors while racking up nearly two-dozen top-20 finishes at their second district meet of the season, held April 8-11 in Elma.
Senior Keri Tucker took first place in Working Rancher among her six top-10 individual and team finishes, while fellow senior Abby Garcia took seventh in Reining and snagged two top-10 team placings sixth in both In-Hand Obstacle Relay and Team Versatility.
Sequim is back in action May 20-23 back in Elma for the third and final district meet of the season, in preparation for the state meet slated for June 17-20 in Moses Lake.
