Puget Sound Anglers-North Olympic Peninsula Chapter talks care for boats, motors

The next monthly meeting of Puget Sound Anglers-North Olympic Peninsula Chapter is set for a 6:30 p.m. start on Thursday, July 20, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.
Presenter Steve Tucker will discuss a fisherman’s guide to caring for boats and motors. Tucker is a member of the East Jefferson PSA Chapter and has been a Port of Port Townsend commissioner since 2012. He and wife Cathy have lived in Port Townsend since 1981 and through the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Power Squadron has taught many courses in boating safety, maintenance, navigation and electronics.
Following a viewing of raffle prizes and fish stories, a short club business meeting begins at 7 p.m. and the guest speaker follows. The meeting features a raffle, refreshments and a $75 membership drawing (must be present to win). The public is welcome.
