Enjoy hot tea, creative inspiration and company at CreativiTea — workshops that help participants design and planting their own container garden — at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.

A second workshop is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Hosted by the library and WSU Extension, the workshops show how to manage waste reduction with composting, propagate house plants, plant seeds and create new containers from items around the house. Additionally, participants explore a new way to re-use old books with simple paper crafts.

The workshops are appropriate for all ages, though youths should be accompanied by an adult.

Registration is not required. All supplies and hot tea is provided.

The program is supported by the Friends of the Sequim Library, Port Angeles Friends of the Library and WSU-Extension.
