Sequim’s Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, which has raised thousands of dollars for area charities for more than 20 years with its annual Yuletide Bazaar, presented a total of $9,500 in grants on April 4 to representatives of several local groups.

Recipients were, from left: Nita Lynn, representing First Step Family Support Group programs in Sequim, Port Angeles, Forks, Neah Bay, Brinnon and Port Hadlock; Shauna Rogers of Clallam-Jefferson Pro Bono Lawyers; Lori Brothers of North Olympic Foster Parent Association; Jerry Enzenauer (behind Brothers), board chair for the Dungeness Homes low-income housing program in development in Sequim; Susan Hillgren, The Answer for Youth; Ann Simpson (behind Hillgren), Forks Abuse Program; Beth Walker and Catherine McKinney of Clallam Mosaic; Pastor Russ Britton (back row) of Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church; Rebekah Miller of Peninsula Behavioral Health; and John Braasch of Voices for Veterans.

Healthy Families of Clallam County also received a donation.
