Sequim got a key defensive play on one end and timely put-back on the other for a key 53-51 win at home over Kingston on Jan. 27.

Pryce Glasser took a charge with 35 seconds left to give the Wolves the last possession, and Isaiah Moore’s put-back at the buzzer completed the Wolves’ comeback from a 13-point halftime deficit.

Moore led a balanced Sequim scoring attack with 12 points.

“Kristian (Mingoy) and Jayden (Possin) did a great job on their two big scorers,” Sequim coach Greg Glasser said.

“We also had timely 3s from Keenan (Green), Kristian and Jayden,” he said.

On Jan. 31, Sequim (3-7, 4-10) completed the second part of the home-and-away series with Kingston, falling to the Buccaneers 50-41. Details were not available at press time.
