Richard Russell – Russell, 42, Sequim, was charged Nov. 13 with theft in the second degree, forgery and cheating in the second degree. On Aug. 17, 2007, Russell allegedly altered a pull tab at a Port Angeles tavern and attempted to pass it off as a $500 winning ticket.
Rhonda Kay Zuzich – Zuzich, 42, Port Angeles, was charged Nov. 12 with possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana and theft in the third degree. Zuzich was stopped by a Sequim Police officer outside a Sequim department store on July 22 for investigation of shoplifting. When the officer searched Zuzich’s handbag, he allegedly found shoplifted items and drugs.
Timothy Patrick Smith – Smith, 24, Port Angeles, was charged Nov. 7 with possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. Smith was arrested June 22 by Sequim Police during a traffic stop in Sequim. Smith had an arrest warrant and while searching the vehicle, the officer allegedly found a small amount of methamphetamine.
Donald Richard Schiff – Schiff, 46, Sequim, was charged Nov. 7 with assault in the second degree – strangulation. On Nov. 6, Schiff allegedly assaulted and choked his wife during an argument.
Julius Woeck – Woeck, 47, of Clallam Bay, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance that was filed Aug. 27 dismissed with prejudice – meaning it can’t be refiled – because he has a valid prescription for the drug.
Joshua Wilson – Wilson, 26, Sequim, also known as Joshua Wedding, was sentenced Nov. 7 to 365 days in jail, which is suspended for 24 months, plus restitution to be determined and $1,280 in fines and court costs for a charge of assault in the fourth degree, a gross misdemeanor.
