Board members with Sequim Family Advocates (SFA) donates $2,000 donation to the Sequim Boys & Girls Club to put new tires on a truck that was recently donated to the club by the Sequim Food Bank. The truck is also available to community groups.

“That’s a no-brainer for us,” SFA president Dave Shreffler said.

Like a lot of other community organizations, Sequim Family Advocates has been on a kind of hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic the past two years, Shreffler said; however, the group is looking for community members, particularly those with school-aged children, to get involved with the group.

“We’re still very vested in the community,” he said. For more information, contact Shreffler at 360-477-2558 or lostmtnloft@olympus.net.
