NOLS announces March book discussion schedule

The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) has announced dates for its March book discussion groups. NOLS hosts three book discussion group meetings monthly with no registration required.

Paperback copies of the titles will be available to pick up any time after the current month’s discussions at the Port Angeles Main Library or the Sequim Library’s temporary location on a first-come, first-served basis. Copies in other formats such as large print, book on CD and eBook may also be available to borrow through the NOLS catalog.

The March book discussion group schedule is as follows:

Second Saturday group

“Brooklyn” by Colm Toibin

In person on Saturday, March 8, at 3 p.m. at the Sequim Library’s temporary location, 609 W. Washington St. (Paperbacks available at that site.)

Second Wednesday group

“The Library Book” by Susan Orlean

On Zoom at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12. (Paperbacks available at the Sequim and Port Angeles libraries.)

Fourth Wednesday group

“If the Oceans Were Ink” by Carla Power

In person at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, in the Raymond Carver Room at the Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St. (Paperbacks available at the Port Angeles location.)
