VOHCC is a nonprofit that serves Clallam County from Joyce to Diamond Point, and all its services are free. Grief support group
A five-week in-person grief support group will meet every Monday from June 2 through June 30, from 1-3 p.m. in Sequim at a location that will be given at the time of registration.
The group offers a place for participants to share with others their feelings and experiences with grief; gain a clearer understanding of the mourning process; and learn coping skills and strategies for dealing with the emotional pain of loss. Confidentiality is essential to foster openness, trust and acceptance.
Attendance is free, but registration is required.

Participants will use a variety of art mediums, writing prompts, and sound – music, nature sounds, singing bowls – to help process grief. Supplies will be provided.
The workshop is free. Registration and commitment to all four sessions is required.
