1:48 p.m. – Harassment and damage in bathroom reported on the 500 block of North Fifth Avenue.
Oct. 16
10:42 p.m. – Male in mask reportedly stole deposit on the 1300 block of West Washington Street.

Oct. 14
11:50 a.m. – Body of trailer reportedly damaged on the 100 block of Hurricane Ridge Drive.
5:51 p.m. – Irrigation drip line reportedly stolen the night before on the 500 block of Woodcock Road.
11:25 p.m. – Laptop reportedly stolen on the 260000 block of U.S. Highway 101.
Oct. 15
8:40 a.m. – Tires reportedly slashed near the 100 block of Streit Road.
1:40 p.m. – Well pressure box reportedly stolen on the 800 block of Cameron Road.

1:51 p.m. – Male reportedly broke into house on the 200 block of North Solmar Drive.

10:16 a.m. – Graffiti reportedly sprayed on house on the 100 block of Grace Lane.
5:55 p.m. – Money given to buy cigarettes reportedly taken on the 900 block of East Washington Street.

Superior Court

Steve Fager – Fager, 53, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 12 with one count of possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana. According to court records, police allegedly found marijuana “well in excess” of 40 grams while searching Fager’s residence on Glendrive Drive in Sequim on Oct. 8. His trial is set for Dec. 16.

Albert Dale Sullivan – Sullivan, 44, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 9 with one count each of conspiracy to deliver marijuana or a controlled substance, manufacturing marijuana, possession of 40 grams or less of marijuana and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm plus two counts of delivery of marijuana or a controlled substance. According to court records, Sullivan allegedly sold a quarter-pound of marijuana to an informant, which led to an Oct. 8 search of his residence on Chicken Coop Road where marijuana and weapons were found. Arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

Chaz Tyler Sullivan – Sullivan, 21, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 9 with one count of conspiracy to deliver marijuana and seven counts of delivery of marijuana or any non-narcotic with a school bus stop zone enhancement. According to court records, Sullivan allegedly sold marijuana to an informant eight times during the past 18 months. Seven of those allegedly were within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop. At his Oct. 16 arraignment, Sullivan waived his right to a speedy trial, which then was set for Feb. 10, 2010.

Jenell Larae Snyder – Snyder, 39, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 9 with one count each of conspiracy to deliver marijuana, delivery of marijuana, delivery of marijuana with school bus stop zone enhancement and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana with school bus stop zone enhancement. According to court records, Snyder allegedly twice delivered marijuana for sale to an informant during the past 18 months. Money and marijuana were found during an Oct. 8 search of Snyder’s Stone Road residence, according to court documents.

Jessica L. Bard – Bard, 20, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 9 with one count each of conspiracy to deliver marijuana and delivery of marijuana with a school bus stop zone enhancement. According to court records, Bard allegedly twice delivered marijuana for sale to an informant during the past 18 months. During her Oct. 16 arraignment, Bard waived her right to a speedy trial, which then was set for Feb. 22, 2010.

Bruce Michael Snyder – Snyder, 48, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 14 with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. According to court records, a one-gallon bag of marijuana was found in Snyder’s Stone Road residence during an Oct. 8 search. Arraignment is set for Oct. 23.

Robert A. Blank – Blank, 29, of Sequim, was charged Oct. 13 with one count of delivery of marijuana. According to court records, Blank allegedly participated in the sale of marijuana to an informant once during the past 18 months. Arraignment was set for Oct. 23.

Kenneth Joseph Baker – Baker, 33, of Sequim was charged Oct. 13 with one count of possession of marijuana. According to court records, Baker allegedly sold marijuana to an informant once during the past 18 months. Trial was set for Jan. 6, 2010.

Charley Nicole Ralston – Ralston, 25, of Sequim, had a bench warrant for her arrest issued Oct. 15 by Judge George Wood after she failed to appear for a hearing. Ralston faces five counts of forgery, two counts of third-degree theft and one count of possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana in one case and three counts of second-degree trafficking in stolen property in another.
