Harris, Wagner lead SHS soccer all-league picks

Senior goalkeeper Austin Wagner and sophomore midfielder Liam Harris were selected all-Olympic League first team, as four Wolves were selected overall for postseason honors.

Wagner, a four-year varsity starter, and the Sequim defense posted four shutouts to end the regular season and qualify for the West Central District playoffs. He posted a 0.94 goals-per-game-against average with six shutouts overall.

Harris had a team-high 11 goals on the season, including a three-goal hat trick against Port Angeles on April 21, and a team-high seven assists.

Selected for the second team were Sequim seniors Cameron Chase (forward) and J.T. McElhose (defender). Chase was second on the team with seven scores and third with four assists. McElhose helped solidify a Sequim defense that gave up just 15 goals in 16 regular season games.
