Puget Sound Anglers chapter to meet

The Puget Sound Anglers North Olympic Peninsula Chapter hosts an open-to-the-public general meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at the Sequim Elks Lodge, 143 Port Williams Road.

People start gathering at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m.

The program includes a presentation by Mark Castillo and Travis Lopeman from Westside Marine in Port Townsend.

They will share information on the winterization of outboards and other end of the year service maintenance items to get boats ready for winter storage and make the spring start-up easier.

Following their presentation, the group will have a short business meeting, share end of the year salmon fishing reports, and have raffle drawings. Raffles are for members only, though attendees can join that night to take part.

An annual individual membership is $25, and a family membership is $35. Membership also includes The Reel News monthly newspaper.
