Sequim Gazette photos by Matthew Nash Seventh grader River Moxley-Horgan won the high jump on April 22 at a Sequim meet by tying the school’s seventh grade record of 5 feet. “This was an incredible feat considering how new he is to the event,” said Sequim coach Caleb Gentry. “With some more training and improvement in his technique I don’t see any reason he won’t be pushing to break our team record of 5-4.” That was set in 2012 by Thomas Winfield.
