The International Footprint Association’s Olympic Peninsula Chapter 74 recently named Officers of the Year for 2020 and 2021.
After a year’s delay, the chapter hosted the honorees at a luncheon for a presentation of awards for those who could attend. Honorees were nominated by their respective agencies for their exemplary accomplishments and each were presented a plaque.
The Footprinters were established in 1929 in Fresno and Chapter 74 in 1992. International Footprint Association’s purpose is to bring law enforcement, firefighting, business and professional people and citizens of the community who are interested in supporting those in public safety, promoting positive relations with the community and promoting the true spirit of Americanism through numerous activities.
Chapter 74 annually hosts the Officer of the Year Program and grants scholarships to graduating seniors pursing a career in public safety.
